Todd W. Seyfert, President and CEO
View BioTodd Seyfert was appointed President and CEO of the Company on March 1, 2025. Mr. Seyfert brings to Ruger a distinguished track record of driving corporate growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing enterprises. Most recently he worked for the Dometic Group, a $2.5 Billion global outdoor products company, as President of Land Vehicles Americas – driving innovation, customer recovery, and operational efficiency while restructuring the organization into distinct subsegments to enhance accountability, communication, and decision-making speed.
Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of FeraDyne Outdoors, LLC, a leading manufacturer of premium archery and hunting products. Before joining FeraDyne, Seyfert held key leadership roles in several other manufacturing and consumer goods companies. His extensive industry background includes well-known companies such as ATK/Vista Outdoors, Magnum Research, Bushnell, Michaels of Oregon, and Birchwood Laboratories.
Mr. Seyfert has served a Board member and Audit Committee chair of Chattanooga Shooting Sports, Inc. from 2019 through February 2024. Additionally, he currently serves as a Board member and Governance chair of Hodgdon Powder Company (2020-Present), as well as a member of the Board of the Youth Shooting Sports Alliance (2011-Present) and the Northwest Suburban Chapter of Pheasants Forever (2010-Present).
Mr. Seyfert holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Sarah F. Colbert
View BioSarah Colbert was named Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel in July 2025 after recently being appointed Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel on May 29, 2025. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Colbert served as Vice President of Administration beginning in June 2017, overseeing the Company's human resources and administrative functions, including IT, environmental, health and safety, procurement, supply chain, warehousing and logistics. In her current role, she leads the Company's legal team with responsibility for all aspects of legal affairs and corporate governance, including commercial transactions, compliance, litigation, business development, labor and intellectual property.
Ms. Colbert started as Associate General Counsel for the Company in 2011. Prior to joining Ruger, she worked as a practicing attorney at Day Pitney LLP and Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP and also served on the Connecticut Supreme Court Chief Justice’s Civil Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Electronic Discovery Committee.
Ms. Colbert graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law (Certificate in Taxation) in 2005, Suffolk University (summa cum laude) in 2001 and Wharton’s General Management Program in 2025.
Thomas A. Dineen
View BioThomas (Tom) Dineen has served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since July 10, 2017. Previously, he served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since 2003 and Assistant Controller from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Dineen joined the Company in 1997 as Manager of Corporate Accounting.
Prior to joining Ruger, Mr. Dineen worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP. He holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
Shawn C. Leska
View BioShawn Leska was named Senior Vice President of Sales and Product Strategy in July 2025 after previously serving as Vice President of Sales since November 6, 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Leska served as the Company’s Director of Sales beginning in November 2011. Mr. Leska joined the Company in 1989 as an Accounting Office Assistant, growing to a Regional Sales Manager before becoming Director of Sales.
Mr. Leska holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University.
Timothy M. Lowney
View BioTimothy (Tim) Lowney was named Senior Vice President of Lean Enterprise in July 2025 after recently being appointed Vice President of Lean Enterprise in May 2025 as part of the Company's strategic focus on enhancing its Lean initiatives.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations beginning in April 2024, following his promotion to Vice President of Operations for Newport, Prescott, and RPM Manufacturing in June 2023. Before these promotions, Mr. Lowney served in various operations leadership roles with the Company, most recently as Vice President of Prescott Operations since April 1, 2019.
An engineer by trade, Mr. Lowney has worked in manufacturing management for more than 25 years, including previous positions with TRW Automotive and Torrington. He has extensive Lean training and has led multiple Lean conversions over his career. Mr. Lowney is excited to continuously improve and optimize Ruger’s operations and lead the manufacturing teams through the ongoing implementation of value stream initiatives.
Tim graduated from the University of Lowell with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Benjamin P. Quinn
View BioBenjamin (Ben) Quinn was named Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development in July 2025 after recently being appointed Vice President of Strategy and Business Development in April 2025. In this role, he is instrumental in shaping Ruger’s strategic direction, identifying and advancing growth initiatives, and driving critical business outcomes. Mr. Quinn serves as a key advisor to the executive team and plays a central role in supporting cross-functional collaboration, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning enterprise-wide objectives.
Before joining Ruger, Mr. Quinn held high-impact roles at organizations such as United Airlines, Strategy& (PwC's global strategy consulting business), and most recently, as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Dometic Corporation. His extensive experience includes leading business model transformations, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with senior leadership teams to design strategic roadmaps and execute key initiatives.
Mr. Quinn holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Robert J. Werkmeister, Jr.
View BioRobert (Rob) Werkmeister was named Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience in July 2025 after previously serving as Vice President of Marketing since 2017. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Marketing since January 2013, overseeing all Ruger marketing activities including brand development, product launches, media buying, advertising and trade shows. Mr. Werkmeister was also responsible for building Ruger's web presence, including both Ruger.com and ShopRuger.com.
Prior to joining Ruger, Mr. Werkmeister was the President and founder of Symbolic, Inc., a full-service marketing agency. While with Symbolic, Mr. Werkmeister began working with Ruger as a client in 2002 and has been the primary strategic marketing driver for the Ruger account since 2007.
Mr. Werkmeister holds a BS in Political Science and an MBA in Marketing, with a focus on Consumer Behavior and Research, both from the University at Buffalo.
Michael W. Wilson
View BioMichael (Mickey) Wilson was named Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering in July 2025 after recently being appointed Vice President of Operations and Engineering in May 2025. Prior to this, he held several other leadership positions with the Company, including Vice President of New Product Development beginning in April 2024, and Vice President of Operations for New Product Development, Product Engineering, and Mayodan Manufacturing starting in June 2023. In his current role, Mr. Wilson is responsible for overseeing operations and engineering across all of the Company's manufacturing facilities, supporting the Company’s efforts to decentralize operations to the factory level.
Previously, Mr. Wilson served as Vice President of Mayodan Operations since 2017, a role he assumed after overseeing manufacturing in a variety of roles since June of 2013, when he led the charge of setting up and growing Ruger's manufacturing facility in Mayodan, NC. Since joining Ruger in 2007, Mr. Wilson has been key in transforming Ruger’s manufacturing operations into Lean value streams, creating a Lean culture and growing sales through new product introductions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wilson has been involved in manufacturing operations and engineering. He served in many engineering and operational leadership capacities for TRW Automotive, Wabash National Trailer Corporation and JeffBoat LLC.
Mr. Wilson graduated from Purdue University in 1999 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology and received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008.
